LLDPE Yangzi Petrochemical DFDA‑7042
LLDPE Yangzi Petrochemical DFDA‑7042 Resin
Material Introduction: LLDPE Yangzi Petrochemical DFDA‑7042 is widely‑used linear low‑density polyethylene. Favored in film manufacturing for balanced mechanical properties, excellent environmental‑stress‑crack‑resistance and relatively high transparency. It is non‑toxic, tasteless, odorless milky‑white pellets. Compared with LDPE, it delivers higher softening and melting temperature, and good resistance to acid, alkali and organic solvents.
Main Applications
Packaging films: industrial packaging film, heavy‑duty bags, food packaging bags for frozen food, shrink film, liner film, general‑purpose industrial and food packaging bags.
Agricultural films: mulch films, greenhouse films for vegetable cultivation. Often blended 50/50 with LDPE grades such as 18D, 2420H, 2426H for anti‑drip greenhouse film production.
Other applications: container lining, coating layer, wire‑cable insulation, synthetic paper, mechanical parts and daily‑use articles.
Performance Parameters
| Performance Category | Test Item | Test Method / Condition | Value & Unit (Premium Grade) | Remarks & Interpretation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
